NEW BIRTH 38 OUTREACH PLAN

It is the responsibility of your "NB38 Outreach Leads" to communicate and keep you actively involved in the planning process for our NB38 Activities. In order provide the effective outreach necessary to include, maintain and solicit your participation.The "NB38 Outreach Leads" consisting of six members from the NB38 Planning Committee are to be your point of contacts throughout the planning process for our "50th Line Anniversary Celebration."

For our 50th, the Team has been tasked with:

• Communicating and coordinating with the NB38 Scholarship Committee in getting line sisters reminded to submit their pledge cards
• Communicating and coordinating with Denise DD Adams in getting top choices from line sisters on the presented vacation rentals
• Making personal phone calls, communicating and/or contacting nonresponsive line sisters to get thier feedback, responses and input and state of Wellness which is information the NB38 Support Services Committee could use
• Getting updated contact information

If there is a line sister who is an "Outreach Lead" to whom you  may feel comfortable communicating, reporting and responding to, of course you may continue maintaining that relationship. But for official planning purposes, the "NB38 Outreach Leads" will be your voice.  The contact information above will enable you to make requests, to respond or to make inquiries and they will perform the . following:

• Seek your input when it comes down to the Line Sisters making decisions on proposed activities, apparel, organizing travel arrangements or in seeking volunteers to fill vacancies on subcommittees;

• Remind you of pending deadlines, assist you when you have problems completing the questionnaires and surveys online and to encourage you along to get them submitted;

• Will be there to remind you of deadlines as they approach and or when you fail to meet them; Request your participation in upcoming activities as needed;

• Seek your assistance to find, locate or contact line sisters that reside within your geographic area; and Follow through on any responses that you have memorabilia or paraphernalia to contribute and present

Please SORORS make a special effort to cooperate with our "Outreach Leads" when one does contact you or  reminds you of tasks as it necessitates completing our outreach goals, making decisions to meet deadlines and in planning for a successful and 50th Anniversary Celebration of our Line to make it a  memorable one.
